Recharging strategy

I am curious how you came up with this blanket statement. My first thoughts are you are out of line.

I can only speak for my own “addiction” to Phonak: it’s cuz I’ve trialed Starkey, Widex, Oticon (actually owned a couple of these for a few years), and found the quality of sound is the most natural (full, rich, dynamic range) as well as BT stability for me has been the best with Phonak.

Your point about Costco dropping the line is very interesting, cuz if the repairs still have to go back to Phonak, well, therein lies the problem!

I don’t wish to turn this into an argument, but just where did I use that phrase?
Oh, btw, the smarts are in the HAs, as I originally surmised, but another user contradicted me, so I agreed, only for that user to find out the HAs do have battery regulation.

I agree. I have had the Starkey Edge AI 24 since November. BT and the hearing aids keep going off randomly. I am able to change to the Phonak Spheres and will be doing so end of this month.

Did you check to see if you have auto off turned on?
This will turn the aids off after ten minutes of perceived inactivity.
The setting is in the app.
