Pulling out earplugs = damage to ears?

Hi im new to this forum, and as my name implies i am pretty paranoid

here are my questions:

Removing earplugs from my ears creates this sort of pressure vacuum…can this long-term damage my ears??

how could i tell if such damage has occurred?

Would there be any longterm hearing damage??

thanks for any info

Anytime you remove the earplugs, try to break the seal first, by pulling up or down on the earlobes or opening your mouth really wide, as the suction can cause some damage, although rare, such as punctures to the eardrum, etc.
