Hey,
So I have a pair of Signia Silk NX3 and I was wondering if is there any possible way to self program them without a ConnexxAir.
I have Connexx and I bought a Noahlink Wireless which unfortunately works with all the NX versions except the Silk which I did not know.
Is it possible to make adjustments trough TeleCare or is there any other alternative? There is no Audiologist that works with Signia that’s close to me so I don’t really have any options.

I saw there’s an app called MobileFitting https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=nJigHDuQ2eQ but I’m not able to use it because I don’t have an access code.
Can anyone maybe help me with a code or something? I tried emailing them but nobody answered.

Thanks.

No, you cannot use anything but the correct programming device and manufacturers software, otherwise everyone would be doing it!

Yes you Can use the HiPro and cables + flex connector. A hassle sometimes tho.

It is, but only very basic tho, give your local clinic a call and see what they can do you.
