I bought a Phonak D-Dry plus a couple of years ago, and have been plagued by the plug falling out of it at the slightest touch. Anyone else have that problem?
Recently I got around to investigating why, and found that the plug didn’t go far enough into the socket far enough because the case was in the way. I used a Dremel to enlarge the hole in the plastic till the plug could fit through. It hasn’t fallen out since I did that, several weeks ago.
