Hello, I’m new to this group and I appreciate being allowed to join. I stumbled on it searching for help to reset my Phonak Audeo L90 Trial Hearing Aids. I was scammed into buying these by the seller who assured me they were “fully Upgradable” and not really 'Trial" Versions.
I downloaded the only version of the Target software I could find for Windows 10. iPFG2.6e and was going to order the Noahlink Wireless adaptor. The software looks old and I don’t know if it will let me upgrade to at least Version 9. It stated that it would not work with Noahlink Wireless2!
So I am asking for help to determine How to get the right Phonak Software and which Noahlink to get.

Welcome to the forum, oh no so that eBay seller is still there, yeah so your not the first to have this happen! That old software is way out of date and no good for your Lumity models, you’ll need to reset you HAs every 12 weeks unfortunately, as you have the Noahlink wireless programming device all ready I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

I also downloaded Infinio Target 10.0.0.2318 from phonakmarketing.com.au. But it shows 2 other downloads as well. “PhonakTarget Media 10.0.2301” and “Phonak Target Sounds 10.0.2301”
Do you think that is a legitimate copy and do you think there is any need for all 3 off all I want to do is reset the trial period.
PS: This new software takes up a lot more room so I hope my laptop can handle it. The older version made me download visuals and .Net
No no difference which Noahlink you use they both do the same thing, the target media files you don’t really need, unless you like to play these sounds in the background to test your settings you do, so not needed for resetting.

So, I got the NoahLink and fired up your copy of the Phonak software. I was able to get in and see what my programs were and I think I was able to reset the trial timer. i will have to keep an eye and see when they time out. The option to reset the timer was not where the help file said. I will have to go back in and look around. My computer started hanging up recently. not sure where the problem is but I will keep you informed if i learn anything new.
BTW: there is a “Support Info target” zip file on my desktop. Should I be using that instead of the internal help file?

I donno what the support file is, crack it open and see, did you get the media file as well? I add target and use everything from the task bar, I don’t bother with any of the others, did you try the device settings in target to reset the trial time.
