I have the Speech in Loud Noise manual program, adjusted to max out noise reduction, for loud, difficult locations. It brings up nearby voices and lowers background. It really helps a lot to increase the noise reduction.

may you answer If you know phonak use scale of 1-20 instead of db most manufacturer 9-12 db strength of noise reduction. What scale means if converted into db???

I don’t know. Not sure it would be linear anyway. That may be why they use a scale instead of db.
