You just came home from the audiologist. If the aids don’t do what you expected them to do I would immediately call the audiologist
I had this problem, and talked to Phonak support. They had me change the setting for bluetooth phone calls from adaptive to fixed bandwidth. While the mac no longer disconnected from the HAs when I zoomed, the sound quality wasn’t great. I switched it back to adaptive and use a phone call for the audio component of zoom. Zoom has the ability to pair your call to the computer component of your participation.
