One of the adjustments that audiologists seem not to be aware of is to increase the TK (the microphone sensitivity) of the Naidas. Raising them 5-10 dB above the default often really helps squelch ambient noise and can really help with clarity. Doing it too much though can make it feel like you’re muffling voices - so around: 300 Hz - 45 dB, 800 Hz - 35-40 dB, 1500 Hz 30-35 dB and the rest between 30-35 dB. Leaving it at default mode leaves the aids VERY noisy!
