I have a newly acquired set of used Marvel 90-RT aids, in great condition. However the rocker switch on the right hand device is very stiff in the downward direction. It still works, albeit needing a bit more pressure to do it’s thing. It’s as though the rocker mechanism is slightly jammed.
Has anyone come across this in a Phonak Marvel or Paradise?
Yeah it’s actually not uncommon, it’ll need to be cleaned up, as in removing the housing and cleaning all the “gunk” from around and underneath the switch, it’s not that hard to do, just be careful you don’t lose the pins!
Thanks for quick response, @tenkan. I’ve not dared to open up the housing yet. Is there a guide to doing this knocking around? I note your advice re. the pins. It sounds like it comes from bitter experience?? 
Ha yeah I’ve lost a few over the years, but I’ve always been lucky to have spares around, but there’s some YouTube videos as well as as previously discussed posts.
