Apparently, Phonak is cutting edge. That’s why we spent nearly $3,000 on the Audéo-B Direct. We just bought a new Apple Watch 5. THERE’S NO WATCH APP FOR PHONAK! Anyone else run into this? We’re very unhappy to discover that Phonak volume cannot be controlled by a simple Watch app.
it is my understanding that Phonak doesn’t have any support on any apple devices.
They DO have an app for iPhone. We use it to control the Audéo-B Direct.

Not true. MyPhonak remote is supported on iPhone only
