Hello, I have a question about Starkey hearing aids and a set password for programming. If the hearing aids are secured with a password and you don’t know it, is there a way to delete or bypass it or perhaps a master password from Starkey? I would like to save my settings, but I can’t get to it because the audiologist sets a password. Since I’m in the testing phase, I don’t want to ask him about it.

I don’t know Starkey software. In most software I’ve seen you can download the settings from the hearing aids and save them. If adjusting the aids is password protected you still couldn’t adjust them but I would think you could save the settings.

No unfortunately, if your clinic has set up a password then your out of luck, most clinics don’t bother doing it, but it’s available in most manufacturers software, if you go through with any deal on getting these, make sure they don’t do this on your own HAs!
