Not sure if anyone can help. I own Oticon Xceed. I have done some of my own adjustments. The problem is when l,watch movies with my subwoofer and sound bar. When their is action scenes when bombs or gunshot going off. It sound compress or flat. I have add some screen shots.

Have you set up a separate program just for watching TV/movies, or ConnectLine TV adapter?
@Zebras uses the xceed, she could help.

No l have not set one up. If l do what would the options be.

Use the Oticon Music Program, it should be fine.
It’s in the Program Manager settings.
