Around October or November of 2021, I received my new pair of Oticon Siya 2s (BTE model). At first, everything had been great, I was able to hear mostly superbly. Originally the issue started with my right hearing aid, first a distorted noise and then completely shutting down. Then my left hearing aid started doing the same thing.
In the last three months, my right hearing aid has been sent to Oticon and been replaced three times, and my left hearing aid, two times. I’m not sure what the heck is the problem is, but my audiologist is now frustrated because he’s had to ship them out multiple times, which costs him money.
Is there any known issues with the Siya 2s ? I’ve tried doing a Google search and nothing comes up.
