I use the main program 99% of the time. There are four secondary programs on them but they are unneeded.
I regularly use my older Phonak V90’s and they change programs automatically. I now find it annoying. I now think of program changing as the old way of doing things.
I don’t know how tightly Oticon has their approach patented but I expect other manufacturers are working on their versions.
