Oticon more 1 with firmware 1.4.0 needs an upgrade to genie 2 2021.2 to work

I have a pair of Oticon more 1 hearing aids with firmware version 1.4.0. When trying to program them using Genie 2 2021.2 with Noahlink wireless, and after the serial numbers are displayed, a notice states that an upgrade to genie 2 is required to work with firmware 1.4.0
Any help would be nice.

Look in your Windows Sys-Tray, bottom right of your computer screen.

Click the ^ up arrow to expand.

Right mouse button click the Genie Updater and select Check For Updates.

Welcome to the forum,sure no problem, your using Genie2 at the moment you say? Yeah update to the latest version,

What version is needed for the more’s I wonder.

Hi, I have checked the upgrade button, and it states ready for installation

Click Start Installation.

Hi Thank you for your help and explanation. After eventually upgrading to Genie 2 2022.2, the hearing aids programmed perfectly.
