Hi there, yeah it’s a good idea to have a backup on a flash drive for just these types of situations, as you have everything else you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hi. May I also have the link for the Oticon Genie 2 software please? I would like to help my father adjust his settings.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum, DIY projects are a good way to help get HAs set up how you like them, as you are doing this for someone else (your dad) please do your research and read the user guides before jumping in, although it’s pretty easy in most cases it’s also easy to make things worse.

I have the new Oticon intents and have purchased the Noah link 2 for self tuning, can someone please point me to a link for the windows software for the intent? Thanks in advance.

Hi @tenkan, May you send me the Oticon Genie 2017 for Hit Pro model for my mother’s hearing aids fine tuning? Thank you very much!

Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, as these were released way back in 2009 or so programming device for the “Hit” models would be HiPro and cables, have you considered updating at a Costco wholesale in your area, premium models for around $1600.

Thanks for your excellent suggestion. My area doesn’t have Costco wholesale.

Okay then, you could also look at used on eBay, some very good deals on late models, with the software and hardware could be a good a alternative.
