Oticon Genie 2

They don’t have Bluetooth. I don’t have them yet. So I would need fittinglink, and also, does the Genie software run on Mac iOS? Or windows only? Also, how could I get the Genie software?

The software is windows based, so best to use windows if possible, Mac machine can be set up with bootcamp or other virtual machines, a few forum members have done it before.

Thank you so much tenkan!! I am looking on amazon at the Digital Hearing Aid Programmer Mini PRO USB Compatible with All Brands Hearing Aids Functioned. Could I get this with the CS 44 #10s to program the Oticon Own IIC?

Also, is taking the battery doors on and off required? That sounds very delicate and difficult.

Yeah the Mini Pro and CS44 cables, plus the flex strips, I’ve never had to program these aids myself so cannot say, but it’s easy enough with Phonak to replace the battery doors, the Silk look like they just clip in and out, the video here shows how easy it is.

Yes the doors need to be removed,so in this case it’s not flex connector you need, you’d need programming pill size 10, Oticon call them programming adaptor Mini, for llC and CIC only.

Hi all, Looking for the Genie software if possible please.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device depending on which models your using.

Hi I have the noahlink but just need the software GENİLE 2 please
