My husband got a Perfect Dry Lux with his KS 8 hearing aid.

The blue light comes on every time he opens the lid or even moves the box. The blue light comes one without his touching the button.

There is nothing in the dryer instructions that indicate he has to wait until the blue light goes off before pushing the button to start the dryer cycle.

Is this normal?

I’ve tried mine all ways: waiting until the light goes off, plugging and unplugging. It eventually starts after pressing the blue button(shown by light going bright and dim), but seems to take some tinkering.
