Okay—I’m obviously doing something wrong here and I’m hoping for help.

I have a pair of Starkey hearings aids. And I got my mom Oticon hearing aids and I’d like to be able to fine tune them for us.

I have the Noahlink, which I’m not sure how to use… but that’s for another post.

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 with the app selector turned off.

I have followed links and downloaded both: Genie2 & Profit

But the downloads are both loading into documents as files. And I’m unable to find a way to just open and use either program.

Is anyone able to help me figure out what I’m doing wrong and how to remedy it?

Thank you!

Well you need to find the .exe file to run the software, windows usually does this for you, have you got patient base for Starkey, maybe try some other links, if shouldn’t be hard, don’t worry about Noahlink wireless for now, it’s a plug and play in most cases, sometimes you may need to reinstall the drivers but thats easy to do.
