I have I have 2x oticon opn 2 that have until now been audiologist-programmed.
I have a Win10 PC. I got and installed the Genie 2 software from this forum (thanks!).
I got a Noahlink 2 wireless programmer, and hooked it up via USB. When plugged in, the lights go green for about 2s and then turn off, as per the LED chart in the user guide. In device manager it shows up in Other Devices as Noahlink Wireless with an ! saying
“The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.”
In Genie, when I go to prefs > programming device, when I click “Detect”, it looks for a bit, but times out and doesn’t find it.
Just for completeness’ sake, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Genie. No dice.
Thoughts?
