Right. My previous HA used #312 batteries and I always carried extra batteries and wax filters with me in my man-purse. Very quick and easy to change them when needed.
I have phonak p-90 Ty cros aids.
Couple of things I learned.
- the cross system is not yet compatible with the app myphonak. ( I know sucks) hopefully soon.
- I’m getting 12 to 13 hours on a full 100% charge ( according to my I- phone BT widget.
Plus I’ve looked at a lot of forums and this seems typical for cros users.
Wished I’d have known this before I bought these. Might have looked around.
Hope this helps
The VA replaced my rechargeable Phonak with the same model that uses the #13 batteries. I get batteries and the wax filters for free from VA. No problems so far after a couple of months. I don’t use the CROS in my deaf ear because it sucks power and, for me, it does not in any way improve my hearing experience.
