New Oticon More 1 hearing aids

It was a notification in the original app under Notifications, and then I was able to access the link from there to download the beta version.

Are you sure you are using the ON app my ON app is already at version 2.5. Are you using the android version of the app because Apple doesn’t allow beta apps to normal users, but Google play store has that feature.

Yes definitely using the ON app, and got access to this beta via the original ON app. I use iPhone 13 Pro.

It’s in my TestFlight app.

Here is iPhone :slight_smile:

Yup. That’s what came up for me and then I joined the beta from there.

I have no idea where you are getting that I don’t have anything like it

@cvkemp

In setting and notification part :slight_smile:

Well I am not getting it in there

It might be because @ToriNi and I are in the UK?

More than likely that is true

@cvkemp: My app says that Notifications are Disconnected!

Disconnected is referring to your hearing aids. Your aids are not connected to the App. - Swipe the App to close it - Connect / turn on Bluetooth- then reopen App to connect to your hearing aids to the ON App

OK, V… you are makin’ me De-Pressed, already.
My point is Oticon, as they did w/MyMusic took away an option that was easy to include in Genie 2.
Ever go to a room in the house w/out your phone, or CClip?
And you really wanna Mute that damn leaf blower next door?
But you can’t, cause Oticon DECIDED ya da ya da!
Maybe it’ll happen to you when you make the plunge into the realm of the MOREONS!

I always have my remote control with me I learned the hard way to be prepared.

Good for you, Chuck.
Just like a good scout!
Just sometimes I’m not!

Sorry @flashb1024 , I guess the engineer in me missed your point. I wasn’t defending Oticon at all. I was merely explaining the logic of why I think Oticon took away the Mute from the rechargeable. That by no means implies that I think it’s OK for Oticon to do that (not figure out a way to retain Mute on the button).

I actually wish Oticon has done the following in the rechargeable More: Keep the Mute on the very long press (so that it’s consistent with all the other Oticon models). Then add a Switch Off option via a very very (2 very) long press combined with an OFF chime so people would know that it’s now OFF.

Can you mute with the remote control?

@prodigyplace

Does putting these to 0 work as a mute as well? It sounds like it does as I can still hear my streaming.

I’m still learning as well and I also don’t have the latest More’s.
