I have the Genie2 program on my desktop and also have the Novalink.
I want to install the Genie2 program on my laptop so I can adjust my hearing aids when I’m not at home. I tried coping the Oticon file to a thumb drive and loading to my laptop but that didn’t work. How do I transfer Genie2 to my laptop?

You have to install Genie 2 by installing it. In other words by clicking the setup.exe file;
