myPhonak app not working after upgrade to iPhone 13

I first posted earlier that my new iPhone 13 would not recognize my P90’s in the My Phonak app, even after numerous re-boots and attempts to re-connect. I have found a correction that has restored functionality, but it wasn’t easy to find. It is buried deep within Phonak’s help files on their web site. Briefly, you must “forget” your aids in the app, then cycle them off, and back on, and pair them with the app again. I was finally able to restore functionality.

The app can be a little temperamental. Don’t be surprised if the app gets updated that you have to go through the process again.

Thanks for the advice. It will help a lot when I upgrade my phone.
