I haven’t got my Roger Mic to check or even my laptop with me, to check where my left license is!

Must be a blip Ruth, I don’t think they can just disappear… reboot your aids, and check again. Or uninstall the app, and reinstall, or both…Cheers Kev :wink:

If you have an online account to check on the license location/status, maybe you could surf up on a cell phone to your online account? Or call an audi and see if they have a record. It looks as if it’s been “dropped”, but likely a glitch as kevels55 says.
