When I first got my Oticon Engage hearing aids I was able to control them via Bluetooth using both the Oticon Companion app or the Accessibility/Hearing Aids controls on my IPhone. Recently both have stopped working. I may have messed it up by clicking on something I shouldn’t have BUT have tried everything suggested - including uninstalling and reinstalling the app - but nothing seems to work. Has anyone had a similar experience or any advice or suggestions? Thanks.
Have you forgotten the aids in the iPhone settings? If not forget the aids reboot the iPhone then pair your aids.

I’ve been in this situation too. I couldn’t connect the hearing aid until I rebooted the iPhone. I also had problems with the bluetooth connection due to the iPad. I had to forget the device on the iPad, because there were cases when the device was connected to the wrong device that I needed.
