I find the sound refreshing. I have severe to profound sloping hi freq loss so really like the crisp sound. I felt like i had mufflers on the 9050 and Reach compared to the Jabra’s and i even had them adjust the others for more “crisp” sound, but still seemed to sound more subdued than the Jabra’s
