Using my IPhone, I use Kirkland Signature KS661 hearing aides. When listening to books via the Audible app, hearing aides left or right cut out. By touching edge of IPhone that hearing aide is reactivated. During a one hour run, I loss connection to left or right over 10 times. Help
Is iPhone under warranty? It sounds like there is a weird coupling of a component to the metal frame.
The normal fix is to remove app, turn off BT in setting, reboot and then reinstall everything. But it looks like your problem goes beyond that.
I have reinstalled app, deleted and restore from backup. I finally replaced the iPhone. I still have problem of dropping signal from Signature KS661. I now conclude that it must be the KS661. Anew wrinkle is now with the new phone I loss signal to right ear only every 5-8 minutes and if I do nothing, the signal returns in 4-5 seconds.
