I’m on my third pair of these. The first two didn’t die, but the sound got really poor unless i used the streaming funtion. The streaming was fine, but i couldn’t hardly anything around me. Costco checked them and sent them into repair. I’m wondering if i was around too much noise. Both times they failed seemed to be around the time i was using the chainsaw. Can loud noise like a chain saw cause them to fail?
Well no not really, I mean if these are set up correctly and you were using “ear muffs” then I can’t see why the microphones would fail.
Maybe the microphone ports got plugged with debris?

I wasn’t wearing muffs. But i think COSTCO would have caught that.
