Thanks, I checked and I’m on Android 14, UI6.1.
I’ll try your suggestions next time it messes up. Wanted to stream a movie on a flight on Monday and could not make it work. I ended up watching the movie with closed captions. Airplane movies are the main time I want to stream to the hearing aids. Otherwise I use my Bose Bluetooth speaker.
I believe you would need something like the TV Streamer+ or the Multi-Mic, which support an audio jack input, to stream to the audio jack on the plane.
The Jabras, and most HAs besides Phonak, can not stream to regular Bluetooth without an intermediary device, including to Windows laptops and TVs.
Thanks. I was was connecting to tha airplanes wifi on my Galaxy s21. But the Bluetooth connection to the hearing aids was wonky and never worked properly.
I have an appointment in a few weeks at my Costco for them to help with my issues ( not just streaming)
Worst case, i return the Jabra and get the Phillips.
I had no issues with my old ks9 for 5 years, streaming, etc. The only reason i upgraded to the Jabra was Costco said they could/would not reprogram my ks9 since they were over 5 yrs old.

Upgrade your phone to S24 series. That works. That’s what i did.
Fun fact. The S24 series is still not on the Jabra Enhance Pro compatible device list (however, the S23 series devices are).
With that said, I have a S24 and briefly had the Jabra Pro 20 HAs, and they seem to connect just fine. Puzzling to me why the S24 series are not on the approved list yet.
From following this forum is clear to me that manufacturers in general are slow to update their compatibility list. Maybe they only do it at new release time if that.
Yeah I don’t think people bother following this anyway, most people just believe “it’ll work out of the box”
You aren’t! I have the same phone and returned my Jabras and bought the Rexton Reach HAs mainly because of Bluetooth connectivity issues. I’m very happy that I did.
