and viron anyone know they look the same and oticon and bernafon are sister companys

@blbr6, I’m not sure. While they probably look similar and charge the same way, the form factor for the OPN might be a little different than the Bernafon hearing aids (i.e., the “shape” of the hearing adis). so I don’t know if the chargers would be interchangeable. Perhaps one of the audiologists who read the Forum posts can weigh in on this. But you are correct that they are “sister” companies.

It also depends on whether the charging is done via metal contacts or via magnetic induction. If the latter, then maybe it’s more forgiving, assuming that all the charging characteristics are the same (big assumption) and fitment is the only issue.

But given that this is lithium ion charging, there’s a danger in using the wrong charger for it may cause things to blow up and you would give the manufacturers deniability on their liabilities if it does cause things to blow up or go bad.
