No longer able to program my Audibel (Starkey) hearing aids. Receive Renewal Code Registration message. If I click OK I get a message “Either the account# or renewal code is invalid. Please try again or choose Cancel”. If I choose cancel then the program shuts down. Tried uninstall and re-install without success. Any ideas how to get rid of the message and back to adjusting my HAs?

Ok so let’s see if I have this right, you were able to DIY yesterday and all of a sudden you open up inspire software today and you get this message, because that’s strange, I could possibly see this happening if you updated inspire or updated the HAs firmware.
So do you still get this message if you disconnect from the internet while trying to connect?

This happened after allowing an update to the Inspire software. Disconnecting from the internet resulted in the same message about “Either the account# or renewal code is invalid. Please try again or choose Cancel / Your software has expired.

Ok so you’ll need to install an older version back, I’ll see if I have something you could use.

So I am getting the same message and i did not take an update using a program for Starkey other models (i.e. enter 3 for Audibel) and inspire x 2022.1 I have an audiologist for my regular pair and I have a back up set that I copy from him would like to be able to read them again.
