Recent purchaser of the sphere 90, love the Roger, frustrated with the bluetooth. It will connect to any device just fine, but when media changes from one video to another or from one app to another it drops off and I have to either restart the video or repair the device, any suggestions? I was hoping it would be a driver issue for Android or dell, but nothing has been brought to my attention yet…

Your question got my attention, as I also have just been fitted with the Sphere 90’s and have spent many hours trying to get Bluetooth working correctly. Audio kept dropping, and the app didn’t always auto-connect to the Bluetooth Streaming program. After trying every tip and trick I could find, but with no success, I started to suspect my other devices. I was using an older IPhone 8, and a 5 year old iPad mini.
I first tried pairing to my wife’s iPhone 13 - Bluetooth connection and the app worked perfectly.
So I updated my iPad to the latest model 7, and now Bluetooth streaming is working fine.
So, one possibility to consider when battling Bluetooth issues, is the compatibility of the devices. New technology does not always play nice with old!
