Costco recommends i get rid of my 4.5 year old Resound Fortes which have been ineffective. They are recommending I get the Philips. How are they for high freqency loss?
I would attach latest test if I knew how.
Hi
I have high frequency loss as well…80-90 db above 3k or so, left worse than right.
I tried a set of Costco Jabras (see separate posts). Was none too happy. I ended up buying a set of Phonak Audeo P70’s on ebay…used…for less than $400…Programmed myself (using the Costco fitter settings as a start). Very happy.

If you’re in the app, click on the “menu” (three lines) on the very top of the screen. Not the three-lines next to your user image, but the ones at the very top.
Then you should see a navigation menu where you can select “Forum” and then you will see where to add your audiogram.
I think accessing this via a desktop computer is similar. You have to somewhat leave the actual forum and go into your account.
Pending on your high frequency hearing loss frequency lowering might be a benefit to you.
A little research into this technology might be helpful.
