I travel a lot and have tried lots of different things.
I used to take the aids out and use Bose NC headphones. Great if you only want to watch movies and listen to music. Using the Bose over aids didn’t work for me.
Then I got Sennheiser NC headphones. Better than Bose and the ear cups are bigger so they did work over the aids.
Now I’m using Bose Hearphones. By far the best travel solution. I wear then for the full trip including the airports at both ends. Also use the bluetooth transmitter mentioned here.
