How do you access the cShell?

My reciever came loose from the cshell, the shell is closed all the way around, how can I access this to snap the parts back together?

You could pry it open, it’s glued together tho, so you’ll need to re-glue after fixing, but this seems unusual to happen, your audiologist clinic would really need to send back to whoever made the mould.

I have tried to open two different types of similar molds. Both were destroyed in the process.
They were in my opinion child proof.
