I have Oticon Spirit Zest and Usb digital hearing Aid programmer,

but I haven’t OTICON Hearing Aid Fitting Software,

Please tell me where is download the OTICON Hearing Aid Fitting Software for Spirit Zest?

You can’t program the aids without the correct unlock code from Oticon even if you have all the correct pieces. Your hearing aids are still the property of the NHS, your Audiology department might not be too happy about losing control of the settings on them.

What at happens if you get run over by a bus?

Oticon Genie can be downloaded from http://www.oticonus.com/css/ and it can be installed without any activation code being required. But I have only installed it for educational purposes and have never tried to program my own hearing aids.
