If you have stenotic ear canals, are you sure the problem isn’t your ear canals are blocked with wax? Go see an ear nurse specialist. You’ll find them at your local ear health clinic somewhere nearby.
Read your user manual and follow all the steps in the troubleshooting guide. If you don’t have the manual, look on the manufacturer’s website. If you’re still unable to solve the problem they might need repairing.
If they’re receiver in the canal (RIC)/receiver in the ear (RITE)/ or canal receiver technology (CRT; all the same thing) aids the receivers may need replacing. If you were fitted using disposable domes this is a relatively quick job and would be a walk in job for many private clinics.
