I have a fully charged Oticon Intent hearing aid. Somehow, one of the devices just won’t turn off or turn on. When I press the button for 3 seconds, it does not show any green or red light indication. But, it is active/on. I can tell while putting it on my ear.
Turning off/on my mobile Bluetooth does not help. I reinstalled the Oticon companion app and it was unable to detect the affected device.
Do you know how to get around this?
It is covered by warranty but just want to know if there are any ways that can work on my end before contacting manufacturer support.
