Please answer the question! It’s a simple question.
How did the hearing aid get bricked?
Specifically, which version of Phonak Target and which wireless hearing aid programming programming device was in use when the hearing aid got bricked?
Let me guess; It was the latest version Target 8.0.3 and Phonak’s propriotary wireless hearing aid programming device (iCubeII), right? And, even though Target 8.0.3 has the ability to to use the “Reset to factory settings” it would not work to UN-BRICK the hearing aid.
The solution from Zebra’s learned Audi (or more likely as a result of the Audi’s convo with Phonak technical support) was to revert to Target 6.2 and use the “Reset to factory settings” tool from this older version to UN-BRICK the hearing aid.
Com’on, you can answer the simple question about how the hearing aid got bricked. No need to resort to name calling and Ban requests. Future events will flush this out anyway. So why not discuss it now?
