Thanks for that info Don. I must confess I haven’t updated the OS since I bought the phone, as everything was working fine until I installed myPhonak. I tend not to update software unless I have problems or if there is some additional functionality that looks useful.
I have since set it to auto-update and it has been quite busy! It is now on Android 14 and One UI 4.1.
I think you are correct, as myPhonak now does seem to stay connected. There should be some mention of the compatible Android versions in the User Guide or in the app itself.
Guessing that’s Android 12 and One UI 4.1
Yes, sorry. I was mixing up the version on my phone and on my tablet. The phone is Android 12.
