Using Oticon Opn S1 and Genie with a Noahlink wireless, I was having problems connecting. They would (sort of) connect, then loose one side. It was a coin toss whether it would be left or right.
It kept complaining about “expected instruments were not found”.
The Genie error log file had numerous cryptic entries such as: “Unable to read FittingState from Nvram”.
Scary.
I finally discovered that the (new?) Oticon “Companion” app was running in background on my iPhone which was sitting nearby.
I shut that down and all seems to be back to normal. Knock-on-wood.
