Just got a new Octicon xceed 3up hearing aid, and since it’s wireless, I would like to get the software to adjust it myself instead of the hearing place doing it because they’re not gonna be able to get me what I want. Is there a way to download the software Genie 2 ?because when I go online, it’s asking for a username and password. I’ll even pay for the damn thing.
