After installing the Target 9.0 update today and connecting my HAs I found that there was new firmware available for the L90s (I assume it was applicable to all Lumitys and maybe others but don’t really know.) There was a long list of improvements, unfortunately I didn’t capture them and they were no longer visable once I updated. I recall that more stable Bluetooth connections was one of the benefits.

That is very interesting! I’m having a LOT of issues with my Phonak Lumity Life L90s as of the past couple months. I have the ONLY TV Connector V2.0 that Phonak sells (from 2017?) and my aids go INTO and OUT OF streaming mode all evening as I try to stream shows or movies. I was wondering if they’re due for a firmware update that may address this issue?

Not being a DIYer, I rely on my audiologist to do these updates for me. It might be worth my getting in to see her with this query: is it time for a firmware update? I’ve had the aids since last fall.

OR could it just be that my aids are down to 25% charged by 9pm? I just checked where they are now at 10pm and they are at 20%.

Could be multifactorial…

When my aids go in and out during streaming, it is usually because I have forgot to turn off the bluetooth in either my phone or ipad. Any kind of stimulation on my phone or ipad will interrupt smooth streaming in my case. I doubt it is because of battery level. My HAs are frequently on the low side by evening but do not cause any problems with streaming.
