Finally got a chance to use mine in a loud restaurant…
At first I used Restaurant Program, which I thought would have activated Spheric Speech but it doesnt, as the battery draw was minimal. After awhile, switched to Spheric Speech.
For me, it was a subtle change, no mind blowing. But I had more clarity of people talking around me.
My insurance company finally ponyed up, and pair 100% for my HA’s, so great deal in the end.

Seeing your audiogram, you probably wear open domes, which let too much natural sounds get in your ears to appreciate a mode that is the result of a strong sounds manipulation by the HAs…
yup, open domes. Someone had mentioned this same thing to me in another thread when we were discussing Spheric Mode.
It must be the reason then… You probably don’t have a hearing loss that can benefit much from that kind of feature (luckily for you)!
I did find a benefit though, just a very subtle one. Took me a few minutes to realize what all I was hearing around me.
Most of the noise was to my right, and the right HA used more battery than the left
