Your activevents should be open most of the time you’re not on a call or streaming some media, or in a really loud situation. They will close on those other occasions, and it will be somewhat like having your fingers in your ears then. The most important aspect of this is for loud noise situations where you do not want unfiltered noise leaking into your ears unprocessed. The slimtips have no venting besides what goes through the activevent. This is intentional.
