Have a noahlink 2 and the connexx software up and running. Have made a backup of the hearing aides as the Audi has set them up. Looking to make some changes to them. Are there some guides to assist along the way?

Yep there sure is, as you’ve come this far already you can see how easy it can be, but first you need to know what you want to improve? The Connexx guide show’s you how the software works, there’s also a demo mode, where you can see for yourself what’s possible to change and what Connexx does to make those changes, there’s a few video guides that are very helpful as well.

Sound is very compressed in general. I feel like it is missing minds and bottom end, especially in music live or streaming. Will see if I can take the compression off first and see how that sounds. Will post a pic of the Audiogram from connexx when I get home later today

Here is a copy of the audigram

Sure, it’s pretty easy to make some adjustments to those frequencies they you feel your missing, just remember open domes won’t give you the bottom and “punch” (Bass) as this will mostly leak, yeah that’s a reverse slope in mild to moderate, not really that bad at all, unusual, I would of thought bars and restaurants would give the most problem, but I suppose you could carry a conversation in any normal situation with that loss.
You do have a dedicated music program you can set up as well.

I struggle with female voices the most. Especially my wife and daughters which I kinda need to hear. Yes bars and restaurants is an issue as well. Lucky me I have a ringing in my hearing all the time as well. Too much loud machinery and music through my life probably
