I have purchased a Noahlink wireless adapter, I downloaded smartfit. but I can’t get into the program past the set up a new patient screen. how do i get into smartfit to try and get to where i can self program my resound Vida aids from costco?
Can you post a screen shot and describe what it is doing, or why it is stopped at that screen. What happens when you set up a new patient?
I can click new patient, i’ll add some info, but it doesn’t let me start a new session, eventually it gets back to this screen
its like it’s missing some buttons…

The solution I think is you cannot program ReSound from Costco, at least this is what happened with all previous ReSound models sold by Costco.

It is my understanding that all the Resound models sold by Costco are locked by Resound.
