I think if I do new session, there’s no in-situ in place like there is opening an existing session, at least in widex. I’d have to re-do the in-situ, and my hatred/anxiety of hearing tests would make that tough.

Are you sure about this? A session is with the same client. Each time you go into the software you select a client. There you will see all the sessions for that client.

Only new clients will need a new Insitu or audiogram added.

You are probably correct - I am still new at this, and thought that was what I saw…I’ll go into the same client and try new session and see if anything is in place, Thanks!

actually don’t have to do in-situ, sensogram (your audiogram can stay)

As stated, you don’t need to do a new test, only if you gonna start a new client as @Raudrive says.
Don’t stress on this, just take your time, you’ll be fine I’m sure, it’s so easy to do, because you have saved your very first fitting from your audiologist, doesn’t matter what you do, you can always go back to those settings, no worries.
