Can you delete or change users (or clients) from a used set of Oticon OPN S1 through Genie 2 to new clients? Or does this have to be done through audiologist? For some reason I have a set of HA with two different programs (clients) on the pair, a different one on each ear?

Where do you see different user names ?
Are there different names shown in the Oticon App , or in Genie2 ?
Can you show/upload an screenshot ?

Probably the HA devices were set/programmed with a device name. And it is possible to change this device name in Genie 2. Just connect with NoahLink Wireless and look inside Genie2.

It is also possible to give programms a different naming. In Genie 2 you can rename programm names ans give any name for a programm.

I couldn’t get it to replicate the problem today. It was in the welcome section of Genie 2 where it shows the figures of the HA left and right after they are connected. The right was named something different than the left. Today they both had the same name? Today I kept getting the message Communication error: The program device is already in use by another application or not connected?
